A friend of mine recently picked up this engine. It is a air cooled 4 cycle engine. I think there is some mention of Milwaukee on the engine. Anyone have any ideas?

"Fintastic" looking - is it an illusion or is there a prop fan on top-looks like a sheave on the face of the flywheel???
