I just acquired a very small model of this engine! fly wheel is 9 inches across and about 14 high a dark green color .seems to never have been fired! The give away that they are from the same builder is the split base !Vertical through both crankcase and odd base.I was told that it is a Kowalski build in Verona Pa.
