Yup it's a Waterwitch sold by Sears made by Kissel. Either 3/4 or 1 HP.
1938 3/4 HP 571.30
1939 3/4 HP 571.31 and 571.32
1940 3/4 HP 571.33, 531.34 and 531.34A
1941 1 HP 571.35
1942 1 HP 571.36
The number is on the top of the starting rope shive
Hope this helps

Actually this discussion board really isn't a good place to put a value on an old engine as most of us here are collectors and our intrest isn't as much in selling as it is in collecting and sharing information.

That being said

It's really not worth much as there are a lot of them still out there.
Going from the Old Outboardmotor Book one that is in nice original condition and runs well is worth around 70.00
Hope this helps
