Hmmm, Looks to be British or German, I see it has a Bosch pump (banjo fuel fittings, trademark of european) It looks to be about 1960's vintage.
I see something that looks like some kinda ID tag just above the left side lifter cover, Look for any kind of ID and let us know!

I know now what engine it is.
It is a hanomag R35 engine.
Problem solved.
