Looks to be an early engine - it has a mixing valve instead of a carb.
You'll need to get some additional parts for the time that is just above the cylinder.

I was able to graft a Bosch period mag onto my 1917 Wisconsin. It wasn't hard and it worked just fine. I'm sure you can find a single lead Bosch on ebay or any of the stationary engine sites. Sorry I don't have photos, the engine went in a trade many years ago (1989).
