I have parts for 3 & 4 HP atlantic and 4 Hp Acadia engines. Also, a complete working 4 atlantic and a complete working 4 acadia. I also have repairable cylinders for 3 atlantic, and enough parts including cylinders to make 2 more 4 acadias.

s.young,

There are frequently people looking for Acadia and Atlantic parts. You didn't state if you are selling them or looking for help on assembling them or whatever else...

If you are selling them you could post an ad in our classifieds

I am looking to buy parts to fit a 6 atlantic engine or can someone direct me to a company who still makes them or sells parts. The parts are a manifold and piston rings.

Call Lunenburg Industrial Foundry & Engineering. They have a quantity of castings for the Atlantic engines they used to make. Better yet, got there and look around as they are really too busy to go poking around their old machine shop where the stuff is stored. Besides there aren't many people there now who know much about it. Better to take your old cylinder to show. If you[re on the Rock you're a lot closer than the rest of us. Go for it.

That used to be a very common truck engine.I would think a GMC truck dealer would have the engine rebuild parts. The marine parts are something else.Discount truck places used to carry rebilt engines and parts.

Just bought a 4 hp Atlantic today in Bellville, Ont. It came from the estate of a marine engine enthusiast. It is in excellent condition, want to ship it to NFLD in the next couple years and find a wooden boat to put it in, any info would be appreciated, ie, prop size, gas/oil mix, etc
