Question;
I do have an palmer p.w.27 single. cylinder
I am looking for inforamtion of the wico single outlet ignition parts. I am not sure if it is compleet and also do I need inforamtion about the sparkplug.

Use Champion spark plug D-21 for 18mm thread heads and Champion UJ-10Y for 14mm thread heads. Other makers comparable plugs are suitable.
Give me an address and I will send you snail mail a magneto document that should help identifye what you may be missing.
