Here is how I flipped my boat ( a 1910 fantail launch) over.
The slings were clamped to the gunwale, with one side really long and the other side really short.
I then cranked the come-alongs a bit at a time on each side until the boat was at "top-dead-centre" at which point it was easy to control it.
Sawhorses were then place underneath the gunwales and the clamps released and VOILA - boat is flipped.

A couple more pictures of the boat.
You can see that the space in the boathouse is quite limited.

Good job Miro, the boat looks great. What's going to power it?

It will have the 1918 two cylinder St Lawrence - I'm still debating whether or not to install a FNR gear ( I have 2 of them) . I like the idea of reversing on the switch - makes for a simpler installation but starting at a dock may present some challenges ( eg hitting another boat)

The coating is a thin layer of coloured epxoy

The hull is 13/16 in old growth cypress made with a cove and bead technique - which makes it essentially unrepairable especially since iron nails were used to edge nail the strips.
I looked at some of the wood that I had to remove under a 20x microscope and counted about 40 rings to the inch.
