The Muskegon Heritage Museum would like to find a Blakely outboard for an upcoming exhibit. We feature exhibits and displays of the Industries of Muskegon. If you are able to supply more information about this company let us know please.

As much as I would like to help, these are not something I would let outside of my control. They cost me dearly. Good luck in your search

I saw a 1915 Grey Gearless 2 stroke outboard engine in Tellus Museum in Carterville, Ga, today.
The drive shaft to the propeller was curved. What material did they use in the early 1900's to allow continuous flexible drive through a gentle 90 degree angle?

Could you post some photos of the Gray Geerless that you are restoring or send them to me at my email address. Love to have them for the Muskegon Heritage Museum archives.
Thank you
