It can't be RARE! There are always several on ebay. Just ebay ruining this hobby in ALL aspects! ebay has already caused engine prices to go up to a point that a young person with a family can NOT afford to get started in this hobby.

if ever there was a book that needed an updated 2 volume set with added info, it's this book. If Chuck was a younger, healthier man, I would hope to see a new 2 volume version with 3 times the info, and a DVD copy for the computer literate. since Chuck had a stroke few years ago, and all the rumors are there will not be an update anytime soon, all we can live with is fighting over the BYB, BRB, and the soft cover BRB on ebay. The price is driven up because you can't be in this hobby without it. The BYB has better pictures in it, and is the one in the most demand. (Except for the leather bound 300 piece limited edition). The day it goes into the public domain, I expect Lindsay's will publish it.
