Hello all. I was hoping i could get some advice and a value from you members on a pair of Graymarine Phantom 6 Engines with Vee Drives, propellers, and rudders. They came from an estate from a gentleman who had a restored boat. i assume these were from said boat or a project he had. The first engine has an engine number of D8131. this engine i can turn freely. there is no visible damage to any of the parts The second engine has an engine number of D8071. This one i cannot turn over BUT there is oil in the engine so i believe it can be easily freed up. during shipment of these some one must have caught it with a fork truck as the carbs had snapped off the intake manifold damaging the manifold and one of the carbs. The Vee Drives are Gray marines as well with Model numbers of PR-7:4 and SR-7:4 The two propellers are brass. on of them has a crack where the shaft goes into the propeller. and the two rudders seem to be brass. my question to everyone is what are they worth and is there anybody interested in them. They are located in Lake City MN I will post photos showing the motors and Vee Drives as soon as possible |
