Hi Wanting to use my boat temporarily on the Thames. To comply with Safety scheme requirements My engine [R3MC] should have a carb drip tray fitted with flame arrester gauze, Q: Did Stuart T ever supply such an item ? Has anyone got one? Has anyone made one? |

I make mine out of thin sheet brass(could be other materials so long as its leak proof),solder the corners, and then cut and fold a piece of metal gauze which fits neatly into the collecting tray. this collects the drips etc, and then I empty it out at the end of a run, or if it appears to be getting full! |
