Or more precisely, the cylinders castings sitting on the floor? Bottoms around bolt holes look like Corliss, but can't be sure. (Andrew: will send you the photo if you could add it here please & thank you!) |

Here is almost the full photo. A friend who is a marine engineer and old engine collector tells me that the cylinders are for a two cycle and the piston in the lathe is definitely for a diesel, which narrows the field somewhat. One of the West Coast builders perhaps?
