Seems very quiet here of late. What have we all been up to? Have been retired now for a couple of years, but still to get anywhere with the old engines I have. Are there other sites you are now using? Kev from Down Under |

I am more inclined to use OME mainly because it has a much deeper and broader span of info on marine engines. I have found that Firefox on Windows 10 doesn't play with the current version of OME. There are other web sites that have old marine engine sections, but OME is by far the best. For example none others have any info on Atwater kent ignition but have a look at https://www.oldmarineengine.com/discus/messages/3457/2848.html I suspect that between the pandemic and aging of interest there is a decline - but still pretty damn good here on OME miro |

I have found OME to be the most informative of all the forums about, great depth of info and easy to find. Being down under most of the engine brands are unknown to us. I keep looking in and review the topics. I was at recent wooden boat festivle , and was able to help identify a Ferro 3hp marine engine for a collector with info I had gleaned from here. |
