I inhereted mt dads old fishing boat engine, could somebody tell me how much oil to put to a gallon of gas ?I hear the older engines are different than the newer engines.

Typically, you'd like to see about a 25 to 1 ratio of gasoline to oil. For 1 gallon of gas, that's about 1/4 of a pint.
