on the valve cover there is a tee, what does this hook up to? also there is a canister type fixture that bolts onto the block and has a direct hole to the valve spring area, what is this and what does it hook up to( it is called out on the motor print as 2-262)

What you have is a canister type oil filter. I think I have a complete sea scout with the fitting ets in place. Need a picture?
