I m looking for valves for a Buchanan Midget. The guides are worn and although they are removable, I would prefer to ream out the existing ones. What I need are valves within the following range,

Minimum overall length 3 5/16"
Minimum head sizes 1 5/16" Intake 1 1/16" exhaust
Angle 30 degrees.
I can cut off the stems and turn down the heads if they are reasonably close.

The critical dimension is the thickness of the valve stems which should be between .254" and .265". I can get reamers for any diameter in this range.

Guys - anybody know a source for this?

Miro,

Wasn't the Midget based on the Hercules ZA block or am I stating the obvious?
