I recently purhased a 4 Hp Evinrude outboard motor, I have used it twice and I noticed the day after I used it, that a black fluid, oil maybe ?, running out of the vents on both sides of the skag above oil fill screw. Is that normal or do I have an issue to address. Also, I wanted to know the year of motor, the serial number is 4106 D - E 07343, I believe its a 1971 motor, but not sure. Is the oil mixture 50 to 1?

Thanks, Duane
