It is a Beilfuss motor co. engine and from what I have found they made stationary, marine and car engines. they supplyed engines to the Luvernes car company from 1904 to 1909. Also they supplyed replacement engines for cars and people building there own 1 off cars. This one is 5x5 so the 18 to 20 hp area. The big question is what is this rare duck worth or is there even a market for it because it's only going to take up space in my garage2cyl engine

I'd say that given it's state of apparent decay, plus the missing parts, it's probably not worth much more than scrap value. It's not evident from the photo that this is a marine engine.
While it may be uncommon, it is certainly not unique. I know of 2 such engines in very much better condition.
In any case, worth is totally subjective and is frankly what a buyer is willing to pay and a seller is wiling to accept.

Slightmiss,

I'll buy it for near scrap value.

I thought the motor wasn't that bad it was taken all apart by the previous owner. No cracks in the jugs I have the flywheel the manifolds the only thing I can find missing is the ignition system, carb, and oiler. But I gusse scrap is getting expensive. I will shoot it around with some of my local friends and see what they think, maybe it will end up on ebay or something.
