I didn't realize they offered jump spark, almost as complicated as an ignitor.

They worked well. The points were actually silver. Hawboldt used the same style.
Acadia offered jump spark engines but used a rotary timer.

This timing mechanism looks very much like the one on my two cylinder, 7hp, Hawboldt. Any connection between the two companies?
