Looks like each engine had 4 Holley DD-5 carburetors with no flame arrestors. A fire waiting to happen. I think that boat survived tho.

yes miss america x, 8 tons of dynamite. somewhere on the web is film of him starting this beast, belching black smoke because of cold operating temp at initial startup. its also underway because it was direct drive. its the neatest! the boat still survives but the 4 packards are gone.
