Hello Gents. My first post here. A friend of mine who builds museum scale 1/10 scale working model boats just finished a model of Pardon Me. I am trying to help out with modeling the Packard engine in it but having problems with the front of the engine and some detail there. The supercharges and distributors cover most of this aerea and so far I could not come up with any good photos in order to model it. The aerea in question is where the distributors are. Can someone provide some clear photos? I would be most appreciative. Thanks Jos

Hi there, Here are some pics of Packard 4M-2500 PT boat engines. Some of these pics are of Pardon Me's engine.

Lew,
Here are some photos of a Government rebuilt (1944) Packard 4M2500. Most interesting is the log book at the bottom.

If you search "Packard", "4M2500", and "4M-2500" separately on this site you will find some results and photos that might help. I would do each search separately so you don't miss something.

Good luck! Post some pictures of the scale model when possible. Thanks.
