Hallo to everyone,

From my short experience i know a couple of marine diesel engines.

a)Diesel engines burning Diesel oil (these burn Diesel inside the piston-no need for boilers)
b) Diesel engines burning fuel/boiler oil (Bunker C or the like) (these burn fuel/boiler oil inside the piston)
I would like to know how we can understand which type is reading only the features. For example i see 8-cy diesel or two 4-cy diesel (only these features are available)

Any help will be vailable!
