The manifold that I have now has about a 10 inch crack. Would like to find a replacement manifold. The engine is a 1952 Greymarine Phantom Six- 112 with two Zenith carbs. |

Just a little known trick that might work until you find the part: if the crack is stable and in a well-cooled region of the manifold (water jacket), use epoxy like JB Weld. You would grind a vee shaped crevice along the crack using dremel tool. Make sure she's fully dry though. I used this on a small crack with my 4-91 manifold and seems permanent fix. |
