Hello, I'm finally getting round to assembling my P5ME after a year in bits on the bench, but having trouble with figuring out the starter clutch assembly. The drawing shows a spacer, which I've got, so it must have been fitted when I took it apart. This spacer fits on the end of the shaft, and up against the ball race. But if I fit the spacer, the shaft is too short to engage in the ball race! I'm describing the large gear end, not the dynamo drive end. Does anyone have experience of fitting/assembling this unit? I'll add some photos for clarity asap. Thanks to all, Neil Critchley (UK)
