Hi has anyone got any info on an air cooled twin cylinder side valve Stuart Turner engine from 1943

You must be st1933!

Made from mid 1920's onwards to ministry spec for lightweight generator. I must admit I didn't know they were still in production in 1943.

Hi Peter, I have recently obtained the engine to match yours, here is the referance No: stuart turner, ser:7485, date 6-5-31, 1 BHP aircooled engine, I have the ref: plate with all the timing marks & oil dripfeed instructions writen on it, if it helps I could photo: the plate for you.
