Yup - that's right 3,000 HP.
This is the prop that is being used on the Miss Canada IV, that has the 3000 Rolls Royce Griffon engine.
It is 15.75 in dia and 19 in pitch and runs at 9,000 rpm.
Apparently it is supposed to ride at the level of the shaft so the whole engine power is absorbed by a single blade.
The chart is the result of the measurements of each blade at various stations coming up from the hub.
We've still got flooding up here and there are deadheads floating around so the boat won't make the water until June sometime.

Is it stainless? I don't see that mentioned here. Does look a little pale in the photos, but that depends on the alloy, the polish and the lighting in the photo. |

Apparently yes, it is stainless milled from a block of the stuff. |
