Parts for Fageol 44 VIP marine engine

It is probably a late 50's vintage. I believe that the engine is a Crosley 4 cyl overhead cam. Can anyone give me info on where I may be able to get engine Parts. The boat has not been used in many years so I don't know what I'm going to run into when I start to restore it.
