Here are a couple of pictures of the boat in the water.
We had fun getting it to the water and finally launching it.

I am currently uploading the video and expect that by tomorrow morning it should be done.
The video was taken from a 1924 Dispro - you can hear the engine putting away quite nicely - or at least you'll be able to hear it when I get the video uploaded.
