is there any "special" tricks to know when removing paragon transmission fro gray 620

It should be straight forward. Drain the whole engine crank case, remove all the flange bolts between the reverse gear and the rear bell housing, pull the reverse gear 'aft' off the stub shaft.
Never did it on a 620, a Gray 109 a couple of times though.
