I hear people all the time putting lawn mower engines on old lower units I am in Oklahoma and want to do this but is it legal
how about building one with a horizontal shaft like the swamper style is it gonna be legal we don't tag one here if it's under ten horse

It is probably not the best or most efficient setup, but it is legal
