I just talked with Richard Durgee (1545, Saturday. 11 Sept.) and he and his family have survived the two storms. They have phones and power as of yesterday but no computer cable. Lots of damage to trees and surrounding structures.

He spent 20 hours in the NW edge of the eye of Chariie: max. winds of 110/115 MPH. And Frances went just to the east of his place in Del Ray Beach, FL.

Glad to hear Richard is okay.

Florida is having a terrible hurricane season this year!
