You have a continential engine with most likly an autolite distributor. This engine was very common in tractors and forklifts. Most of the engine stuff is available from differant sources. One book i have shows timeing as 9% btdc.It allso says timeing varies for differant usees.

The book i used was Motors truck repair manuel 1960 to 1970 it has a section in the rear on stock and farm engines which gives spec on many differant engines. It does not have a detailed section on serviceing this engine.
