What am I missing about removing the generator from a model 620? It has the shaft drive water pump and it is removing the shaft that I am not figuring out, unless it is possible that the generator removes from the front? Do I have to physically remove the water pump also?

Also, are there replacements available for the rubber links in the drive shaft?

hi kim, the other viking guy,you need to back off the water pump to make room for the gen to move out. my pump is sitting on a bracket and can be removed quite easily.hope that helps.
