This is a tough one, There is very little info on this mfgr and vitually no ads before 1908.

Hint: Toppan used two different engine mfgrs in these yrs ?

Palmer Bros, Cos Cob. Connecticut

Bill

A lot of accessories advertised in old magazines and Marine catalogs although I haven't saved them in files to pull up right away, with the passing of steam power there was a lot of innovation to power whistles and horns, hand operated pumps were popular and practical in small vessels, this is a buyers index from 1909 mostly air powered but a few electrical ones !
