I need to set up a water pump on a 2cycle motor 5hp for a heat exchanger. Has any one any words of wisdom? what kind of pump how to tool it up ect. THANK YOU

David, a gear pump would work, won't pump in reverse unless you include 4 check valves, but it's easier to locate and install. The piston pump would have to have an eccentric on the propeller shaft, mounting and alignment would be more critical.
