|Palmer P 392 IH fuel pump rebuild?

I have replaced the original fueel pump because the diaphram leaked. This pump is bolted together so I suppose a new diaphram would fix it.
Where can you get a diaphram rebuild kit?
Also this pump has the inner diaphram on top of the other sealing gas from entering the crankcase, however, there is only a weep hole on top to let you know the diaphram failed, no tube to run to the carb as current CG regs specify.
