Help identifying Palmer engine

Can anyone out there help me in identifying my Palmer engine. It's in a 1955 Chris Craft Cavalier, but not original to the boat. The previous owner said that it was 60hp. There is the number 10-26-55 on the block. And were these engines also used in tractors? Any help would be appreciated
