most likely its a Power bee 820
Nope don't know much more
I would think its more likely a target drone engine as they are to small for ultralight planes

The Power Bee 820 industrial engine is still maufactured. Apparently it has been used in a number of applications running the gamut from unmanned aircraft to go-karts
