can anyone tell me what i have here,looks like the it is in the detroit auto marine family but this one has a drag/swing timer

Here is a Ferro Auto Marine which looks like it was converted to a swing timer. It has a brass spacer between the timer and flywheel. I plan to convert it back or make a better swing timer set up. Maybe I will copy Jamie's.
