I haven't found a picture or literature yet to confirm but I was just told it was an Arrow? marine engine.

Hey Nick,
Could be an Arrow from before they were making the copper-tops. Couldn't say for sure without an ad or nametag. Haven't seen one quite like that up here. The timer handle is a little different and should twig with someone.
