This is an RCA Dolphin made by Dolphin engines in Bodmin England. The designer is still in business and is very helpful. The most complex part of this engine is the ignition system which is designed to allow the engine to run in either direction hence the lack of gearbox and the simple centrifugal clutch. Unless it is siezed don't bother opening it up or removing the head as there is unlikely to be anything wrong. Their should also be an electrical control panel which you havn't shown. E-mail me if you need any more help (pjumbop@hotmail.com)
