Don't know what this one is, has earmarks of the early 1900's west coast engines ! any photos of the rear, the flywheel, and other side would help !

Ok!
I would take some more photos,howeever the engine should come from the USA because my grandfathers friend worked in Detroit some years in the earlys1900 and have this engine back with him to Sweden.

I found some marks (hidden) on the cylinder.Maybe it could help.
