I think it is ready to launch.
Got it up on the trailer today and these will likely be the only pictures I'll ever have of the boat on the trailer.
It will live in the boathouse where there is almost no space to get good overall pictures.

The lake in the background is Lake Rosseau and will have about 3 ft of ice by March of next year
and which will melt away by the first week of May.

All of the stained wood , coaming, trim surround and decking is all original as is the wood (cypress) of the hull, the rudder and tiller bar and the outboard support bearing.

One more picture of the fantail.
Maybe the next ones will be with the boat in the water.

Very nice!

I think it is great that you have managed to save so much of the original boat. It sure is a looker.

Cheers!

Looks great Miro. Missed you at the Dispro Regatta in Bracebridge, youre back yard. We had a great time cruising Muskoka Lake. I think youre fantail would have been accepted on the 4 hr cruise on Saturday. Weather was perfect and meeting old friends superb.

Excellent job Miro, hope to get a ride in it one day. If it's before March it will have to be on the trailer.

I have had a chance to look at the YouTube videos of your rebuild. The finished product is impressive and not without a lot of work. As you know, I am similarly involved with the Gidley. However my rebuild involves nothing like rebuilding the stern post and installing a motor without reference points. Well done!

Cheers!
