Those are really hercules engines model JXLD i am guessing you left out one L in the second number. They did make a JXD too.White moter company bought them out i don't know who has the parts busines. You can get normal wear parts at any good industrial parts place.

Bertie - I have a Michigan Marine Senior Four which has a Hercules IXB block. I got some information and parts from Jerry Biro, 740/745-1475, P.O. Box 206, Martinburg, OH 43037. He is hard to catch on the phone and it has been quite some time since I tried to reach him. It might be best to send snail mail.

Also, there was a company selling new Hercules parts at 330/830-2498; I know they are still in business.

Cheers

Bob Price
